The low emission acoustic wall.

The wall-integrated acoustic elements fecophon fabric in the low-emission Blue version fulfil the strict limit values of the AgBB assessment scheme for emissions of volatile organic compounds (VOC) and even fall significantly below them. The positive properties in terms of indoor air quality have been confirmed by test reports from independent laboratories.

The textile surfaces are made of high-quality contract fabrics, which contribute to a homely atmosphere in the design of office spaces with their variety of colors. The underlying support element is a perforated wood-based panel whose wood comes from sustainable forestry. With the wall-integrated acoustic elements fecophon fabric, sound absorption coefficients of αw = 0.70 to 0.80 with a wall sound insulation of R_w,P = 37 to 47 dB can be realised.

Acoustically effective system partition with fabric surface in a low-emission design

Dimensions: Element width and height object-related, wall thickness 105 mm, optionally up to 175 mm, system joint 6 mm, recommended element size undivided up to B x H = 1,000 x 3,000 mm

Panelling: 2 x 19 mm wood-based panel, P2 glue, formaldehyde emission class E1, building material class B2, black acoustic fleece on the back, with acoustically effective perforation

Surface: contract fabrics with acoustic effectiveness according to the feco collection

Edges: Contract fabrics folded on four sides

Insulation: 20/30/40/60 mm mineral fibre insulation with high biosolubility, building material class A1, gross density approx. 40-50 kg/m³, acoustic trays and ballasting depending on sound insulation requirements

Substructure: galvanised rolled steel sections, standard studs with installation openings, continuous clamping battens on the rear side of the panelling, optional shelf studs with hanging slots in 32 mm increments and integrated vertical organisation

Connection profiles: U-shaped steel profiles as recessed connection joints, powder-coated according to the feco collection, optionally in another common RAL colour.

Floor connection: telescopic, integrated negative base approx. 80 mm (optionally 50 mm) high, recess approx. 20 mm

Ceiling connection: telescopic, shadow gap 25-50 mm, absorption of construction tolerances and movements as standard up to +/- 15 mm, higher tolerance absorption possible as an option

Sound absorption: Sound absorption coefficient of acoustic fabric αw = 0.70-0.80

Sound insulation: Sound reduction index fecophon fabric single-sided R_w,P = 42-48 dB
Sound reduction index fecophon fabric double-sided R_w,P = 27-47 dB
