Open team structures for good collaboration

SEW EURODRIVE moves the world. Without the motors, gear units, gear motors, automation technology and service offer of SEW EURODRIVE, based in Bruchsal/Baden-Württemberg, countless conveyor belts, beverage bottling plants, gravel plants, not to mention airport luggage and much more would come to a standstill. In 2012, SEW commissioned the first construction phase of its large gear-unit plant in Bruchsal, followed by the 2nd construction phase in 2013. For this dynamic building a spatial and furnishing concept was developed to meet the needs of the users and work processes. Around 200 employees in the administration department received an electromotive height-adjustable work table. Open team structures for good collaboration as well as areas for concentrated discussion and spontaneous meetings were created. The large kitchenette on each floor is perfect for spontaneous meets, exchanging ideas and recharging with a coffee.
