A new working world at the company headquarters

Seeburger AG sees its sense of belonging as the core of its corporate culture. But the dispersal of on-site employees to rented alternative spaces and the shift to working from home has put this sense of belonging to the test. The task of its redesigned headquarters was therefore also to create a meeting place to which everyone could return and work well together.

The company’s corporate values played a central role in the new area zoning. In areas specially designed for spontaneous encounters, collaboration, retreat and agile project work, both teams and individual workers find the right environment for their respective tasks. The conventional meeting rooms have also been converted into multifunctional meeting rooms with moveable furniture.

With its appealing colour schemes, the new furniture creates a pleasant and stimulating working atmosphere. Each floor has been given its own colour concept, which supports creative thinking and work and yet fits in harmoniously with the overall design of the building. At the same time, the partial integration of a desk sharing concept and a systematic clean desk policy ensures maximum area flexibility. Plenty of storage space is provided by lockers and small “My Stuff” baskets for personal items at each desk.
