Nussbaum Media

Energy-efficient and forward-looking

The architecture firm Wolak has completely refurbished the Nussbaum Media branch in Rottweil and created a modern, energy-efficient workplace. The aim was to transfer feco's successful office concept for the existing locations to the new environment. The new office is characterised by a spacious entrance with reception area, which is complemented by a high-quality meeting room. In addition, a communal area with bistro and a flexible seminar area were realised. The open-plan team areas promote collaboration and agile working across the entire space.

The integration of the new team organisation was achieved in close cooperation with all those involved. The versatile seminar area was specially adapted to the needs of the users. Another highlight is the new atrium, which is not only used for seminars, but also for events in conjunction with attractive outdoor furniture. The outdoor area for employees and visitors is significantly enhanced by the landscaping. With the modernised building, Nussbaum Media offers customers and employees a future-oriented working environment. The flexible seminar area and the extended event programme enable new forms of customer loyalty. With this project, Nussbaum Media proves how well thought-out spatial concepts can sustainably promote the efficiency and attractiveness of a company.
