Feco has created a team-oriented working environment for 27 employees. Four coloured think tanks with fecofix double glazing with high sound insulation provide quiet spaces for phone calls and meetings. The fecofix skylights provide daylight, while colour accents in violet, green and yellow set the scene for the cubicles. The fecodoor A70 aluminium framed glass doors, with a sound insulation test value of R_w,P = 37 dB, provide sufficient sound insulation for confidential conversations. Height-adjustable desks from Sedus and ergonomic chairs from Vitra enhance comfort. Wall-integrated whiteboards and sound-absorbing glass walls made of fecoplan single-pane safety glass with 12 mm toughened safety glass and R_w,P = 37 dB.

The lavishly designed kitchen and open-plan lounge area encourage communication and knowledge transfer within the company. The large blue meeting room features hand-blown Artemide lamps, Brunner Ray conference chairs and a curved Fecoplan glass wall. Thanks to the transparent all-glass construction, the design and works of art can also be seen from the lounge area. In close collaboration with the feco team, unusual ideas were brought together to create an individual overall concept. As a result, the Bleu Group is not only an attractive employer, but also a competent partner in recruiting talent for the insurance and financial services industry.
