The basic design concept is floor-to-ceiling shelving, partially occupied by functions such as seating niches, coat racks, acoustics, removable seating cubes, printer berths, lockers and heating distribution cabinets. The shelves dissolve into a structure towards the ceiling, enclosing all sides of the central space, with their size adapted to the room height, corners, joists, pipes and cable routes by our brand partner Werner Works. A consistent rhythm is maintained and the complexity put into a simple form for the user.

The centrepiece of the concept is the counter, which can be rotated around a circular drywall. A desk and a standing table are rotatably mounted and can thus be flexibly aligned. The counter was realised as a custom-made product by our partner Hodapp. Room-high curtains from Creation Baumann further divide the space and render the functions flexible. We too supplied the feco system walls for the meeting room with a folding glass wall as a special solution from a single source. One very elegant detail is the round corner solution of the individual office. JSE Holding AG now have at their disposal an attractive exhibition, work and event space for a variety of uses. Workplaces for presentations, meetings, concentrated and creative work have all been realised in a very individual way here.
