At inovex, feco's interior designers planned and realised new offices together with the customer in a number of sprints. The result is a working environment that supports agility spatially and provides employees with all the resources they need for their iterative work steps.

Working at inovex means working in an open and communicative corporate culture. Instead of a human resources or personnel department, here there is a People & Culture team. In the interior design this attitude is expressed through spaces that strengthen the sense of togetherness. Whether it’s random meetings in the cafeteria at the brunner A-Bench, a planned meeting about teams together with colleagues from another site at the Sedus temptation high-desk, or a meeting in the Mate Room on the coalesse Lagunitas sofa, suitable rooms have been created for every kind of togetherness.
