A friendly reception zone with an attractive waiting area

In Spring 2020, BGV/Badische Versicherung's new building was handed over to its tenant – Karlsruhe District Administration Office. Karlsruhe District Administration Office, which already rents space in two other BGV buildings, has assigned the new, additional office space in the park building to its employees and the public-health department including public transport.

In the entrance area, a friendly reception zone with an attractive waiting area has been created for district administration office visitors. For discreet discussions, the rear consultation zone is equipped with additional acoustic ceilings and acoustic elements. In addition, a range of kitchenettes in various different sizes has been planned and installed in the building for employees to use as break and relaxation areas. All the surfaces are a mix of individual interior fittings (Hodapp Oppenau joinery) and Werner Works counter elements, supplemented with cheerfully-coloured products from manufacturers Brunner, Viccarbe and LaPalma.
