feco was commissioned to design the new office space for big. engineering services. Together with feco’s interior designers, big developed a spatial concept tailored to the needs and activities of its employees. The aim was to create a working environment that facilitates both concentrated work and teamwork.

The result is a modern and attractive office that offers different room zones: from retreat areas for concentrated work to open communication areas with lounge furniture to multifunctional meeting and creative rooms with flexible furniture and digital equipment. The room zones are separated from each other by accent walls and create a pleasant atmosphere with plenty of daylight.

A special highlight is the digital picture wall in the entrance area, which displays daily updates on projects, progress and corporate culture. In this way, the employees are networked across locations and the feeling of togetherness is strengthened. The new working environment of big in Munich is a successful example of a sustainable office concept that motivates, inspires and supports teams.
