The three-storey structure with 6,600 m² of floor space and various building sections for offices, laboratories, storage, assembly and production enables the various departments to work together in a team-oriented manner. feco has created a transparent working environment with the fecoplan all-glass construction with 16-mm VSG and a sound insulation test value of 40 or 42 dB. In meeting rooms and executive offices, fecostruct structural glazing, with Rw_,P = 47 dB, meets even higher sound insulation requirements and harmoniously complements the upright-less all-glass design with frameless flush glazing with 20-mm thin edge bonding. Curtains lend a contemporary appearance and optimise the acoustics while also providing discretion if needed in the meeting spaces. The doors are fecotür H40 wooden door elements with room-high frames and frame-integrated door leaf top panels clad in graphite-black HPL. The profiles and frames of the glass walls are powder-coated in matching RAL 7016 anthracite, while the fecostruct glazing is bonded in black. Project and creative spaces support innovative and agile working methods with pinnable felt panels integrated into the fecowand solid wall and writeable, magnetic whiteboard surfaces. Open space zones promote a communicative corporate culture. The 350 square-metre roof terrace is also available as an attractive outdoor area for employees to socialise and interact with each other.
