A modern working environment for efficient communication and creativity

In the heart of Mannheim, Aliaxis has realised a remarkable project that shows an impressive transformation of a 1970s building of the former FRIATEC. An inspiring working environment has been created on over 2000cm² spread over three floors, offering space for around 100 employees. The Aliaxis working environment is characterised by open team spaces, semi-open areas for rest, regeneration and informal exchange as well as closed rooms for concentrated work.

The introduction of the shared desk concept is accompanied by individual locker cabinets for storing work materials. All workstations are equipped with modern, height-adjustable desks with electric motors, and the ergonomic office chairs ensure maximum comfort.

The ambience of the working environment is perfected by interior design highlights, including atmospheric lighting, beautifully designed telephony rooms and colourful lounge areas with wallpaper that create a special identity. Each office space was given its own colour concept, which is reflected in the upholstery fabrics, carpets and retreat booths. To increase flexibility and create a pleasant acoustic environment, acoustically effective curtains from Création Baumann were installed in the rooms in the form of acoustic dividers.

With this impressive project, Aliaxis is investing in a modern working structure and at the same time strengthening the Mannheim site for a promising and successful future.
